Boys Camps

Each advanced camp is run by members of the Saint Francis High School coaching staff. Camp participants may register for more than one camp using a single registration form.

Please indicate the camp session or sessions that you wish to register for. All grades listed in this brochure relate to an individual’s grade level as of September 2009. Upon receipt of your paid registration, a confirmation will be sent for each camp.

Baseball Camps

Camp is designed to provide individual instruction and skills development in such areas as bunting, base running, hitting and infield and outfield fundamentals. Camp activities will include both team and individual competitions.

Basketball Camps

Camp includes instruction in: offensive fundamentals, (including shooting, ball handling, passing and footwork) defensive fundamentals (technique and rebounding) and team strategies. Activities include individual and team competitions, as well as drills for self-improvement.

Football Camps

Camp is designed to provide individual instruction and skills development for each position. All camp participants will learn offensive and defensive techniques, and the camp will culminate with a 7 on 7 passing game. The camp is a non-contact camp, but participants will wear both shoulder pads and helmets.

Football Theory Camp - Reserved for SF studnets only.

This camp is designed to help improve your body strength, cardio capacity and flexibility. You will learn proper lifting techniques, running mechanics and core strength development.

Soccer Camps

This camp will focus on improving/challenging each player’s individual skills. Camp activities will include team competitions, small-sided scrimmages and full field matches. SF varsity players will aid in the training sessions.

Volleyball Camp

This camp will focus on developing individual volleyball skills as well as executing offensive and defensive team strategies. This camp is designed for any skill level. Players will be grouped by skill level.

Volleyball Hitter & Setter Skills Camp

This is an advanced skills volleyball camp for athletes looking to improve skills necessary to play at a competitive level. The camp will focus on proper technique, vision and game play. Players will gain skills through a series of fundamental drills followed by competitive game play. Players will learn from top high school and college coaches in the area.

Wrestling Camps

Camp is designed to provide individual instruction in wrestling fundamentals. Participants will learn offensive and defensive strategies, as well as training techniques that include weight lifting, running and swimming.
