Co-ed Camps

Each advanced camp is run by members of the Saint Francis High School coaching staff. Camp participants may register for more than one camp using the single on-line registration form.

Camp Registration Information

Please indicate the camp session or sessions that you wish to register for. All grades listed in this brochure relate to an individual’s grade level as of September 2014. Upon receipt of your paid registration, a confirmation will be sent for each camp.

Golf Camps

Camp is designed to provide individual instruction in swing development, short game and course management. All sessions will be conducted at Stanford Golf Course and no transportation is provided from Saint Francis High School.

All players must provide their own clubs and equipment. The class will meet at the Stanford golf course.

Strength and Speed Camps

Strength and Speed Camp
This introductory camp is designed to improve an athletes speed, power, agility and dynamic flexibility. This course is open to boys and girls. All workouts are designed and run by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Please bring the following with you to camp each day: athletic shorts, t-shirt, athletic shoes, towel, sunblock and water/sports drink. We look forward to working with you.

All campers will meet on the track closest to the large bay tree.

Swim Camp

Camp is designed to provide individual instruction in stroke, starts, and finishes. Camp will include both individual and relay competitions.

Tennis Camp

Camp is designed to provide individual and group instruction to improve fundamental skills in such areas as ground strokes serving, volleying, overheads and game strategy. Camp activities will include both individual skills and team competitions. Camp will be conducted at Cuesta Park Tennis Facility.

All campers must supply their own: racquet, tennis attire (with pockets), shoes, water, and a fresh change of clothes to all sessions. Please meet at the Cuesta Park Tennis Center in Mountain View at 12:45pm on the first day of camp for check-in. Parents please pick up your child at Cuesta Park by 3:15pm. We look forward to working with you.

Track & Field Camp

Camp is designed for beginner through intermediate track and field athletes. Camp will focus on proper running techniques, basic jumping, hurdling and throwing events. This camp is open to all ability levels.

All campers must supply their own: water, shorts, t-shirt, and running shoes on the first day of camp. All campers will meet on the track closest to the large bay tree.

Water Polo Camps

Camp is designed to provide individual and group instruction to improve fundamental skills in passing, shooting, goal tending and hole play. Camp will include both individual and team competitions.

Cheerleading Camp

The SFHS Cheer Camp offers each camper a dynamic and active environment. This camp provides an opportunity to learn a crowd pleasing dance routine, as well as general motivating cheers. Instruction on arm positions, basic jumps and simple stunts will be taught during this fun-filled one week camp. Campers will be grouped by age.

July 14 – 18 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

All campers must supply their own: sunscreen, water, shorts, t-shirts, socks, and tennis shoes to all sessions. Hair must be tied back.

Location:
Campers are to meet under the large Bay tree in the west endzone of the football field. Check in on the first day 15 minutes prior to the start of camp

  • High School Course Credit Form 2014

    Download a PDF copy of our high school course credit form by clicking the title line above; this form needs to be signed by your home institution and returned to SFHS no later than the first week of your semester class. If this form is not returned, we cannot issue a transcript. We suggest that you keep a photo copy of the signed form for your own records. Please do not email or fax into SFHS prior to summer. Bring the hard copy to class once summer begins!

    This is required for all high school students - both SFHS and non-SFHS students.
