Co-ed Camps

Camp is designed to provide individual instruction in swing development, short game and course management. All sessions will be conducted at Stanford Golf Course and no transportation is provided from Saint Francis High School.

All players must provide their own clubs and equipment. The class will meet at the Stanford golf course.

Strength and Speed Camp
This introductory camp is designed to improve an athletes speed, power, agility and dynamic flexibility. This course is open to boys and girls. All workouts are designed and run by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Camp is designed to provide individual instruction in stroke, starts, and finishes. Camp will include both individualand relay competitions.

Camp is designed to provide individual and group instruction to improve fundamental skills in such areas as ground strokes serving, volleying, overheads and game strategy. Camp activities will include both individual skills and team competitions. Camp will be conducted at Cuesta Park Tennis Facility.

All campers must supply their own: racquet, tennis attire (with pockets), shoes, water, and a fresh change of clothes to all sessions. Please meet at the Cuesta Park Tennis Center in Mountain View at 12:45pm on the first day of camp for check-in. Parents please pick up your child at Cuesta Park by 3:15pm. We look forward to working with you.

Camp is designed for beginner through intermediate track and field athletes. Camp will focus on proper running techniques, basic jumping, hurdling and throwing events. This camp is open to all ability levels.

The SFHS Cheer Camp offers each camper a dynamic and active environment. This camp provides an opportunity to learn a crowd pleasing dance routine, as well as general motivating cheers. Instruction on arm positions, basic jumps and simple stunts will be taught during this fun-filled one week camp. Campers will be grouped by age.
