Answer: Yes.
Question: Am I allowed to use mobile broadband, tethering or hot spot sharing to access the internet or to let other people access the internet through my personal device when I am on campus?
Answer: No. For security, technical and administrative reasons students are not permitted to setup or utilize any form of personal wi-fi network.
