A New Library and Student Center
The next phase of The Campaign for Saint Francis High School will address the growing needs for expanded study and collaboration space with the construction of a new library and student center. This two-story facility will be built in the same location as the existing library, and will include the renovation and modernization of all classrooms in Moreau Hall (the 200 building). It is sure to become a vibrant center for learning and a hub of student activities and services.
New amenities
On the first floor, the Campus Ministry, Activities, and Guidance and Counseling offices will provide warm and inviting spaces where student can hold lively discussions, plan events or meet with staff members. This area will teem with activity and offer even more ways Lancers can get involved at Saint Francis. On the second story, students will enjoy a more spacious library that is two and a half times larger than the current facility. This new space will feature state-of-the-art technologies and flexible meeting-space configurations.
Enhancing our beautiful campus
The new library and student center will quickly become a part of the cherished landscape at Saint Francis that will meet the needs of our community for years to come.
Join us
After breaking ground in June 2011, the new center is expected to open in the fall of 2012. Of course, to meet that ambitious timeline, we will need your continued support. Saint Francis is the amazing school it is today because of the generosity of our parent and alumni community. We look forward to partnering with you as we continue to build a campus to serve our students for many generations.
