Summer drama workshops put on musical theater
The Summer at Saint Francis workshops concluded Friday with two casts entertaining friends and family in the new Performing Arts Center. Under the guidance of drama director Laura Rose and her drama students, middle school youngsters and incoming Saint Francis freshmen learned about the magic of theater by singing, dancing and acting scenes adapted from classic and contemporary musicals and movies. These performances were the first-full length shows staged at the Performing Arts Center.

Students place fourth in national tournament
Students Chander Ramesh and Sejal Parekh continued to represent Saint Francis well at national speech and debate events. Among 195 teams, they placed fourth at the National Forensics League National Tournament, held in Alabama.
