Agencies that Work with Senior Citizens (Elderly)

Posted September 29

Service with elderly must involve the student with elderly people who are of sufficient age as to be in need of extra assistance. This must be done through an authorized agency. The student must abide by the agency rules and work through the volunteer coordinator who will orient the student to the facility. Summer opportunities are available at most places - call for an appointment. STUDENTS MUST CALL FIRST AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN INTERVIEW AND ORIENTATION.
