Retreats

It has long been the tradition of Catholic Christians to take time away from the world and its busyness and so Saint Francis High School has made a committed effort to provide such opportunities for its students. The one day freshman retreat occurs at the very beginning of the school year and is mandatory. The junior and senior retreats are optional overnight retreats. Campus Ministry advertises these retreats from the very beginning of the school year and encourages individuals to make this important space in their lives. The freshmen and sophomores have a mandatory service learning program that will be coordinated through their Religious Studies class which is a requirement for successful completion of the Religious Studies class. (More information is provided under the section entitled Holy Cross Service Program and Service Learning.)
