- Meet your Committee Chairs and sign up in person in September at the first Women’s Club meeting of the year.
- Review the listings below to choose a committee job, then contact the chairs directly or sign up online – you may do this during the school year.
- For Christmas At Our House, sign up for a volunteer position at the Fall Women's Club meetings.

Alumni Involved Moms is a social community of women whose children attended Saint Francis. AIM exists to continue and extend the fellowship of the Saint Francis community beyond the high school years, primarily through social networking.
The Area Connections Committee welcomes new families to Saint Francis and works to keep families connected and informed. Members are current Saint Francis parents who are available to answer basic questions and, when necessary, direct parents to the right resource for more complex inquiries.
ASH WEDNESDAY RETREAT
Prepare and coordinate an on-campus parent retreat on Ash Wednesday.
Christmas at Our House, the premier holiday home tour, requires many volunteers for many different jobs. Hundreds of thousands of dollars are raised each year to support student scholarships.
This annual event is a special evening in honor of mothers of graduating seniors, and also honors the outgoing Women’s Club Executive Board and the new incoming board.
DÉCOR AND SUPPLIES
Volunteers organize and track decorations and supplies that are used for our many Women’s Clubs events, and make these items available for reuse throughout the year.

Our tech savvy committee chairs help us keep up to date on technology and our web page needs.
FACULTY/STAFF APPRECIATION LUNCHEON
This very fun event, the first of the new calendar year, is held in Malcolm Center and is an opportunity for us to recognize and entertain our Saint Francis teachers, administrators and staff.
A complementary Women’s Club dinner, this event is an opportunity for relaxation, conversation and early Christmas shopping for CAOH Boutique items and Lancer Locker apparel.
FAMILY SERVICE EVENT
This is a chance for Saint Francis families to join together to give back to the community. This is above and beyond students’ Christian Service Hours, and may not count toward student credit.
The Scholarship Golf Classic is a terrific chance to enjoy a beautiful autumn day while helping the Saint Francis Development Office raise funds for Saint Francis students.
This committee provides whatever is required to welcome Saint Francis parents to on-campus school and club events.
Many jobs are available for this major fundraiser sponsored by the Development Office. Work Wednesdays are fun morning work sessions that begin in January and continue until the auction in March.
This on-campus store offers Saint Francis logo merchandise for sale throughout the year. Proceeds support student financial aid scholarships. Thursday and Friday daytime slots are available, or work evenings and weekends during sports events and Women’s Club meetings.
Sort and stuff envelopes and help out with mass mailings.
MOTHER-DAUGHTER MASS AND BRUNCH
Help plan and decorate for this very special Sunday morning mass and brunch just for daughters and their moms.
This informal fun Sunday evening party for sons and their moms needs helpers to plan, decorate and coordinate the event.
Help decorate for this celebration dinner, which honors the generosity of Saint Francis parents and friends.
E-scrip and paper scrip are easy but important fundraisers. Track and sell scrip, for which Saint Francis receives a percentage of sales in participating stores, restaurants and services.
WOMEN’S CLUB EXECUTIVE BOARD
The Executive Board is elected annually by the Nominating Committee, meets regularly throughout the school year to discuss current issues and plan club improvements, and provides leadership for our club. Anyone is welcome to self-nominate and each winter all interested women are invited to apply or to recommend a good candidate. There are five new openings each year:
Vice-President: Year one: attend Women’s Club meetings and events and learn “the system” under tutelage of the current president. Year two: as President, preside over club meetings and events and direct club activity for the year. Year three: as Parliamentarian, attend meetings and events, serve as Nominating Chair.
Events Liaison: A one year commitment, the events liaison attends Women's Club meetings and communicates with Event Chairwomen, advising and guiding them when needed regarding publicity, venue, charges/registration, catering, etc. for events and reporting back to the Executive Board on the status of these events. She also helps the President and Vice-President to plan and execute Women’s Club Meetings.
Treasurer: A one year commitment, the treasurer attends Women’s Club meetings and events and keeps track of club income and expenditures. She does not have a checkbook and CAOH responsibilities are handled separately.
Spiritual Advisor: A one year commitment, she attends Women’s Club meetings and events and leads each with a prayer. She also organizes the Ash Wednesday Retreat and Mother-Daughter Mass along with chairwomen for the Mother/Daughter Brunch.
Communications Officer: A one year commitment, she attends Women’s Club meetings and events, takes notes at monthly Executive Board meetings, writes meeting minutes, and handles any necessary correspondence including congratulatory, condolence or get-well wishes.
All women connected to Saint Francis, including mothers, alumni and faculty, are invited to join this group of women who meet regularly to share business information and ideas.
