Welcome to the Women’s Club Website!
On behalf of the Saint Francis Women’s Club, I want to welcome you and your family to this year at Saint Francis High School.
My theme for this year is "The Future Starts Today". Four years goes extremely fast and I wanted to remind us that this time is our children's high school experience. There is no end game; it is a journey not a race to get to college! I was inspired by Pope John Paul II with his quote "The future starts today, not tomorrow". My hope is that this helps you through the year ahead to remember the gift our children are. To remember this time is previous to them and that their, and our, actions today matter - their future starts today, not tomorrow.
You automatically become a Women’s Club member by virtue of being a woman who parents a Saint Francis student. We sponsor a wide range of events throughout the year, including educational, social, charitable and fundraising activities, and it is your participation that makes each event a success.
Our major fundraiser, Christmas at Our House, requires hundreds of volunteers, from data entry to decorators. If you can give a little time every week, or have only a few hours to spare during the first week of December, please come join the fun.
Our combined efforts bring us the joy of fellowship and lasting friendships along with the opportunity to support our children and our school. As our patron, St. Francis said, “it is in giving that we receive”. It is up to you to take the step to become involved by giving of your time and talents. Our school encourages student involvement, and we believe that the parents benefit by becoming involved as well.
