Today is a Brown 2 Day Schedule

• The student body is reminded that Monday is an Activity 2 Schedule. School begins at 7:45 a.m.
• The student body is reminded that we will be celebrating our Transition Liturgy on Monday, May 21. Liturgical dress will be in effect on Monday. Holy cross men are to wear a collared shirt and tie, dress slacks, no shorts or sweatshirts. Holy Cross women are to wear either a collared button blouse and tie and dress slacks or a knee length skirt or a dress with short or long sleeves. No plunging neckline or sheer material, and it must be knee length.
• Attention all Seniors! Graduation Rehearsal is Friday, May 25 starting promptly at 8:00 a.m. sharp!!
• The following colleges have local evening information sessions coming up next week: Duke, Georgetown, Harvard, University of Pennsylvania, Stanford, and the Military Academies. See the College Rep Visit Calendar on the Guidance and Counseling website for details.
• In an effort to generate interest for a Hip Hop Club at our school, there will be dance performances at both lunches on Friday, May 18.
• International Showcase DVDs are available for sale in the Activities Office. DVDs sell for $10 each.
• Any students interested in applying to be a Board Member of TAP, Teen Awareness Program, please pick up an application in the Activities Office. All TAP Board applications are due to Ms. Leitch Holden or Activities by Monday, May 21.
• Attention All Juniors: Pro Image Studios will be on campus today at lunch to take signups for Senior Portraits. (Please Repeat)
• Please return all library books and pay any outstanding fines and IOUs as soon as possible. Seniors with outstanding records will have graduation tickets withheld until the record is clear. Underclassmen with outstanding records will have their fall schedules withheld until the record is clear.
• This year's issue of Mindframes literary magazine will be on sale again today during First and Second Lunch at the alarmingly low price of $5 per copy. Please come and support your fellow students in their wonderful creative talents!
• Attention all students interested in being a part of the Stand Up! Speak Up! Cub next year! Board applications are now available in the Activities Office today and tomorrow!
• The Shakespeare Club will have the last meeting of the year today at both lunch periods - First Lunch in 524, Second Lunch in Portable 1. Join us to thank our board and discuss plans for next year.
• Here is your Street Eats Update! Lancer Café is serving a Nacho Steak Bar including Rice, Cheese Sauce, Salsa, Jalapeños, Olives and Sour Cream.
• Open Court tryouts for Girls’ Varsity Tennis are today at Cuesta Park from 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• There will be a football meeting right after school on Monday, May 21, 2:15 p.m. upstairs in Raskob. Anyone who is going to be playing JV or Varsity Football next year needs to attend. If you have any questions or cannot make it please let Coach Navarro know ASAP!
• Congratulations to the Lady Lancer Gymnastics Team who won their 13^th CCS Title in a row, 17 CCS Titles all together! Good performances from Kelsey Celaya who won “All Around”, and from Julia Foust, Amanda Tsukushi, Abbey Purnell, and Gabbi Ramil. Thanks to the students, Mr. Ivers, and Ms. Ashley Hill for coming out and supporting the team!

• Today is our last day for Free Play Intramural Ping Pong. Come on out to Gym 2 during your lunch period and play Mr. Mikula, Mr. Ferreira, or any other player in our free play activity today. The Intramural staff wishes you a fun summer and good luck on your finals. See you next year!
