Holy Cross Difference
Welcome to Saint Francis High School!
Our coeducational college preparatory school is rooted in the Catholic values of the Holy Cross tradition. The cornerstone of a Holy Cross education is the belief that hearts and minds should be educated as one. We are dedicated to educating the whole person to ensure success in college and beyond. Our core curriculum, coupled with diverse offerings in science, humanities, arts, physical education and technology, provides a solid foundation for students to understand the challenges within our world today. Our graduates become responsible citizens who are rooted in faith and successful in all of their pursuits.
"We shall always place education side by side with instruction; the mind will not be cultivated at the expense of the heart. While we prepare useful citizens for society, we shall likewise do our utmost to prepare citizens for heaven."
Blessed Basil Moreau,
Circular Letter 36; 1849
A Holy Cross Community
Over the course of their history, Holy Cross schools have focused on teaching Gospel values alongside the core academic curriculum. A Holy Cross education is respectful and embracing of all faiths. At Saint Francis, we pride ourselves in being a warm, inclusive and diverse family and a community that welcomes all. Will you join our Lancer family?
Since our founding by the Brothers of Holy Cross over 60 years ago, the Saint Francis experience has been centered on the core beliefs of the order. These core values are the BRIC of our community.
Our school community embodies these ideas through our spiritual, intellectual and social programs. They provide the foundation of all we do at Saint Francis High School.
