An Evening in Virtual Reality
BioFeedback in Immersive Environments

We are so excited to invite you on campus at Saint Francis High School to experience Flowressence, a virtual reality application addressing mental stress and our body's feedback, created and designed by our very own Lancers! Our Fall 2022 team of seven (7) students will share the latest features and enhancements to demonstrate how they have built upon our Spring 2022 cohort's initial creation. This project is in partnership with Dr. Julia Scott, Director of Santa Clara University's Brain and Memory Care Lab.
With a focus on youth mental health, biofeedback, and an immersive environment, our evening together aims to re(fill) you with excitement, wonder, and relaxation. We look forward to having you join us in person for an evening of virtual reality!

Event Details (the when, where & wear)
- When
Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. — Mingling, munching, and meandering through the world of virtual reality (VR), with VR booths, including experiencing our Lancer team's own VR app; experiencing other calming environments and activities, too
- 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. — Welcome, team presentation & demo, Q/A, closing (and some warm-your-heart hot chocolate with marshmallows!)

Feel free to wear whatever you're comfortable in, but dress warm! The feeling you should get while you're at our event is that of relaxation and inspiration.
