Welcome to your Welcome Center!

Gather with us to celebrate the opening of the Welcome Center! Come to experience the new spaces, feel the legacy of the Brothers of Holy Cross and imagine the new possibilities for our Lancer community to gather and thrive on campus. Join in fun activities along the way, then enjoy the Kick-Off BBQ in the Quad and in the new Dining Commons! After the celebration, head to the stadium as our Lancer football team kicks off for our first home football game of the season. We invite you to be a part of a significant day in our school’s history!

  • Self-guided tours of the Welcome Center
  • Opportunities to score Lancer swag
  • Delicious menu of burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers and sides
  • Family-friendly games and activities
  • Lancer Band and Cheer mini-rally in the Quad
Event Details:

4:30 p.m. - Welcome Center opens

5:00 p.m. - Kick-off BBQ begins

7:00 p.m. - Celebration continues at the football game

Registration is not required for the Community Celebration. Tickets for the Kick-off BBQ must be purchased in advance. Football game tickets can be purchased on GoFan.


Saint Francis High School's Welcome Center Opening Weekend is filled with events for our Lancer community, including the following (some events are by invitation):

Welcome Center Mass & Blessing (Invite Only)
Friday, September 6 from 9:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. 
Invitees will join Bishop Cantú, our Board of Directors, educators and students in blessing our new Welcome Center; a place where our community will come together to collaborate and engage in fellowship and hospitality.

Football Game
Friday, September 6 from 7:00 p.m. 
Join fellow Lancers to cheer on our football team during the game against McClymonds High School. Game tickets are available for purchase on GoFan.com.

Light the Way Donor Picnic (Invite Only)
Sunday, September 8 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 
Invited guests will spend a casual afternoon on campus exploring our new buildings. The morning will begin with Mass, and a picnic lunch will follow. Students, educators and parents will offer tours and share their experiences with the programs and formational opportunities that have already started to flourish in our new spaces.
