Tuition Assistance Grant Process & Requirements Checklist for 2023-2024
Starting November 1, 2023
Step 1
- Go to www.factsmgt.com.
- Click on Parents tab.
- Click on Financial Aid.
- Click on Apply Now.
If you are new to FACTS, you will need to create an account. If you have previously created an account or submitted an application, you can sign in using your username and password.

SFHS Tuition Assistance Application Deadline is February 2, 2024
Step 2
Complete and submit your FACTS application
Step 3
Upload all remaining tax forms and required documents.
Bay Scholars application deadline for Incoming 9th graders is Feb. 2, 2024.
Submit your Bay Scholars application at www.bayscholars.org
Make sure to forward the recommendation link to your elementary school principal.
Required Documents for FACTS application
Families are encouraged to upload the required documents to their FACTS application as they become available rather than wait until the deadline.
- 2023 Tax Return if available
- 2022 Tax Return
- 2023 W2s
- Monthly mortgage statement or lease/rental agreement
