Br. Nich Perez, C.S.C., a filmmaker, musician and teacher, recently challenged students to be their authentic selves in all aspects of their lives, including in the social media realm.
Br. Nich was the featured speaker at the Holy Cross Theme Day assembly and explained how his roles as a Holy Cross Brother and documentary filmmaker intersect. He encouraged students to find ways to create media that will inspire others and convey love.
“What I want to do is tell the stories that will affect one or two people and make them think,” he said. “How will you create something to make a difference in someone’s life?”
