Before registering and attending Summer at Saint Francis, parents and students must review our Rules and Regulations, as students will be held to policies, including behavior and dress, aligned with our Holy Cross mission.

Tuition Assistance

Saint Francis Students If you have been given Tuition Assistance during the normal school year, Summer at St. Francis matches that aid for High School courses and the Freshman Experience. Please note: Tuition Assistance does not extend to the Pre-Paid Lunch Program and Sports Camps.  You will indicate that you receive tuition assistance during registration.  You will not be charged anything at the time of purchase.  You will be billed for any remainder once your tuition assistance has been applied.

Non-Saint Francis Students Tuition Assistance is not available to non-St. Francis students. However, some under-enrolled middle and high school classes may be offered at a reduced price upon request. Please inquire with our Registrars (Summer@SFHS.com).


Auction Awards

Local Catholic Elementary and Middle Schools frequently reach out to Summer at St. Francis for donations to support their schools and missions. To show our support, we supply Certificates that are auctioned off at school fundraisers, which may be redeemed for Middle School or Sports Camps in the upcoming summer.

Representatives of Bay Area Catholic Schools If you work for a local Catholic Elementary or Middle School, thank you for your service! We want to support your school, especially if it is in the Diocese of San Jose. Please email us (Summer@SFHS.com) with information about your auction and how we can support you.


International Students

Summer at Saint Francis welcomes international Middle and High School students to participate in our academic and athletic camps. Before registering, please consider the following common concerns associated with international students participating in camps at Saint Francis. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to ask!

Lunch Menu Schedule

Lunch is available at each session for an additional charge.


Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% on all transactions will be held as a processing fee, including in the case of refund requests made less than 24 hours after registration.
  • A 20% fee (10% deposit + 10% fee) will be deducted from all refunds requested more than 24 hours after purchase.
  • The last day to withdraw from all programs is June 1. After this date, refunds will not be provided.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via online form — no exceptions will be made to this policy.
  • Non-Saint Francis students MAY NOT be registered in "Saint Francis Only" classes and these registrations are VOID. Although refunds will be processed for these registrations, the standard 20% withdrawal fee will be incurred.
