To all our donors, THANK YOU!

Thanks to your generosity, Saint Francis surpassed our ambitious goal of $250,000 raised on #GivingTuesdayNow, providing a significant boost to our tuition assistance program and the aid we can provide to families in need in this difficult time, a time when our traditional fundraising events are not possible and needs are greater than ever before.

Our #GivingTuesdayNow hashtag, #LancersGive, was proven true time and time again as donors joined the effort to ensure that Saint Francis is able to meet the needs of our students, educators and their families who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The school’s historic commitment to the values of Holy Cross and the care we provide to our school community would not be possible without the generosity of donors who enable Saint Francis to provide significant tuition assistance to families each and every year. That commitment has never been more urgent than now, when the economic fallout of the current environment has caused financial hardships for so many.

Donors can continue to support this effort by making gifts to the Saint Francis Fund year-round.

Again, to all our donors on #GivingTuesdayNow and throughout the year, THANK YOU!. #LancersGive.

About

#GivingTuesdayNow is a global day of giving and unity that will take place on May 5, 2020 as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19.

This new day is organized by GivingTuesday, and is being held in addition to the annually scheduled GivingTuesday event that will still take place on December 1, 2020. In partnership with GivingTuesday’s global network of leaders, partners, communities and generous individuals, this event is set to spark an increase in grassroots generosity, citizen engagement, business and philanthropy activation, and support for communities and nonprofits around the world.
