Course Request Information for 2026-2027 School Year

Dear Saint Francis Students,

The window to submit your course requests for the 2026-27 academic year is now open! The following information will assist you in choosing your course requests for next school year. Please review information on the Course Scheduling Information page to help you in this process. Course descriptions and prerequisites will also be present in PowerSchool as you make your course selections there.

The PowerSchool Course Request Form will be available for students beginning Friday, February 6, 2026 at 3:00 pm. All requests are due on or before Friday, February 13 (by 11:59 pm).

Please follow the steps below to request your courses:

1. Log in to PowerSchool using your Saint Francis Student Google login.
2. On the left menu bar within PowerSchool, choose Class Registration (the seventh option on the menu bar).
3. Course selection is organized into sections such as English, Math, Science, Semester Electives, Year-Long Electives, etc. Select your course(s) in each section by clicking on the boxes next to them. A pop up window with all of the available course offerings for that section will appear. Check the boxes next to courses to select them, and click “okay” at the bottom of the pop-up window once you are done selecting. Please read the course descriptions and prerequisites as you choose your courses in each section.
4. Once you are done making all of your selections, review your choices and make any necessary changes. It’s important to choose second and third choices for selectives and electives. Note that you will not be able to proceed if you have selected more courses than there is space available in your schedule. When you are satisfied with your course selections, click “Submit” at the bottom of the screen.

Your counselor will review the course requests after February 13. If you have any additional questions about the course selections after February 13, check in with your counselor as soon as possible.
