Welcome to Parent Tech Help

At Saint Francis, we believe parents are an essential part of the learning journey. To help you stay informed and engaged, we provide access to key platforms your student uses every day.

Below, you’ll find helpful overviews of two tools you’ll likely use the most: Schoology, for viewing grades and assignments, and Havalo, for staying in the loop on clubs, teams, and activities.

If you ever need assistance with your parent account, Schoology, or Havalo, don’t hesitate to reach out—email us anytime at support@sfhs.com. We're here to help!

Grades & HW - Schoology

Schoology is the digital home for academic courses at Saint Francis. Parents have “view only” access to Schoology, allowing you to view calendars and assignments, and check grades. To log into Schoology, either connect on a browser through the parent dashboard, or download and log into the mobile app. Instructions for logging in, and for other common activities on Schoology, can be found in the parent guide to Getting Started with Schoology. If you are new to Schoology, we recommend you start by reviewing your notifications settings.

Clubs & Teams - Havalo

Havalo is the digital resources and communications hub for extracurricular activities, including clubs and teams. To log in, go to the parent dashboard and look for the link to Clubs, Teams & Groups under Parent Tools.
