Our Saint Francis Hospitality Team is dedicated to providing fresh, healthy and delicious meals for our community. We prioritize seasonal, local and organic ingredients, preparing everything from scratch—from stocks and soups to dressings and sauces.


Sustainability Commitment

We strive to eliminate waste and reduce our environmental footprint by:

  • No Single-Use Items – We serve meals with reusable trays, utensils and cups, minimizing plastic waste.
     
  • Sorting Waste Properly – Every dining area includes recycling, compost and landfill bins to ensure waste is disposed of responsibly.
     
  • Ethically Sourced Ingredients – We use hormone-free dairy, Certified Humane cage-free eggs and responsibly sourced seafood that aligns with Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch guidelines.

Where to Eat

  • Welcome Center Dining Commons – The Welcome Center Dining Commons is where we come together in fellowship to share a meal with food stations offering a variety of options including salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizza, main entrées and a daily option from our global station.
     
  • Grab and Go Windows – Outside the Welcome Center Dining Commons are four walk-up windows that provide the identical meals from the Dining Commons.
     
  • BRIC Café – This is your on-the-go spot for daily meals. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and after-school snacks in a convenient location in the Quad.
     
  • Concessions – A selection of game-time favorites are available at various athletic events in Burns Family Pavilion and our Ron Calcagno Stadium.

Payment: MySchoolBucks (ID Card), Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Cash (Concessions only).


Nut-Free Commitment

We do not use nuts in our food preparation and our staff works hard to source ingredients from nut-free suppliers in addition to keeping meal preparation areas free from nuts. While we take precautions, trace amounts may still be present based on cross contamination.
