Saint Francis High School has partnered with Clarity Tuition for processing and collecting our families’ tuition and fees for the 2026-2027 school year. By using a tuition management system, Saint Francis High School can better serve families by processing tuition more efficiently.

Log-in to Clarity

Please be aware of the following criteria for participation in the Clarity Tuition system:
  • Enrollment in Clarity Tuition is mandatory for all parents. All siblings will be enrolled in the same account.
  • All families enrolled in Clarity Tuition will be billed an annual processing fee. 
  • Tuition payments can only be processed through Clarity Tuition, and should be set up to auto debit via ACH or credit card. 
  • Payments are due the 5th of each month.
  • There is no grace period for tuition payments. A late fee will be charged by Clarity Tuition and automatically  added to your balance due, and it will be immediately payable the following month.
  • Any failed transactions will incur a failed bank fee.
  • Tuition obligations are due and payable one month in advance.  Should a student withdraw mid-year, tuition is charged through the end of the last month of student attendance.
  • All major credit cards are accepted by Clarity Tuition, but keep in mind there are fees associated with making payments by credit card.
  • If additional parties need access to make payments on the account, they must be added as an “Additional Authorized Party.”
  • Additional student-based fees may be added to your account during the year and will be due in full in the month billed or late fees will be incurred.  Please verify the amount due each month before making your payment.
With Clarity Tuition you are able to:
  • Select a payment type that works best for you. Clarity Tuition offers many convenient and immediate payment options, such as:
    • paying online via the Clarity website
    • paying with an automatic debit option, which gives you the ability to have payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account/credit card. 
  • Access your own Clarity Tuition account online.
  • Receive payment and follow up reminders.
  • Speak to a customer service representative via the in-app "help" button, by emailing support@clarityapp.com or by calling 206-210-3752
