Before registering and attending Summer at Saint Francis, parents and students must review our Rules and Regulations, as students will be held to policies, including behavior and dress, aligned with our Holy Cross mission.

Auction Awards
Auction Awards
Local Catholic Elementary and Middle Schools frequently reach out to Summer at St. Francis for donations to support their schools and missions. To show our support, we supply Certificates that are auctioned off at school fundraisers, which may be redeemed for Middle School or Sports Camps in the upcoming summer.
- Winners of a Summer at St. Francis Auction Certificate | Please email us (Summer@SFHS.com) for special registration instructions. Please note: rules and restrictions may apply, including a deadline to contact us. Thank you for supporting our local Catholic schools!
- Representatives of Bay Area Catholic Schools | If you work for a local Catholic Elementary or Middle School, thank you for your service! We want to support your school, especially if it is in the Diocese of San Jose. Please email us with information about your auction and how we can support you.

Summer at Saint Francis welcomes international Middle and High School students to participate in our academic and athletic camps. Before registering, please consider the following common concerns associated with international students participating in camps at Saint Francis. Accommodation Requests
Accommodation Requests
Summer at Saint Francis cares about the whole child and wants every student to succeed.
We are able to provide accommodations (such as special testing environments, preferential seating or extended time for exams etc) for any student with a documented learning disability that would require such accommodations. We do not, however, provide modifications (such as test retakes, use of notes on tests, extended deadlines for homework etc) due to the fast pace of summer coursework.

For Saint Francis students please note that equitable grading policies do not apply to our summer courses due to the pace of summer courses.
Tutoring Request
Tutoring Request
- Your Success | Summer at Saint Francis offers this tutorial program to help students achieve their academic goals while completing our rigorous college preparatory curriculum over the summer.
- Your Tutors | This tutorial program allows students to schedule one-on-one meetings with our Teacher's Assistants, college undergraduates majoring in the subjects they provide tutoring, most of whom grade the quizzes and tests that summer students take. Tutors can offer help with homework, preparation for an upcoming assessment, or review of previous curriculum.
- Your Rules | You can sign up for sessions as short as 15 minutes and as long as 2 hours, and even request specific tutors. Easily schedule a tutoring session online below.
- Flat Cost | $40 / hour

Cancellation/Refund Policy
You are welcome to transfer camps or classes directly in the Active Network system until the Friday before your scheduled session.
- A full refund can be issued within 24-hours of registration. You may request a refund directly in the Active Network system. The original 4% fee charged by Active Network is non-refundable.
- The last day to withdraw from all programs for limited refunds is by submitting a request to the Summer Office at least 72-hours before the start of each session, activity, or event.
- An incremental fee will be deducted from all refunds requested more than 24-hours after purchase (20% before May 8, 2026, 40% by May 15, 2026, 60% by May 22, 2026, 80% by May 29, 2026 and limited refunds after May 29, 2026)
Cancellation and refunds are handled through your Active Network account prior to May 29, 2026.
