March, Play, and Make Friends This Summer

Overview

Want to start school with dozens of friends? Join us for band camp!

All enrolled Saint Francis students are welcome to attend, regardless of enrollment in band for the upcoming school year. We will learn all pep band music, develop our field show by learning drill and music, work with instrument coaches, and overall, have a fantastic time! Band camp is intended for all skill levels and familiarity with marching. We're saving a place for you!

Schedule

  • Camp is held on campus from July 28 to August 03.
     
  • Runs from  9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.

Registration

Thank you for your interest in our Band Camp! We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for musicians to hone their skills, collaborate with others, and create beautiful music together. We encourage you to register to secure your spot in this unique experience once registration opens after re-enrollment!

Before you register, please take a moment to carefully review our Rules and Expectations page to ensure you’re fully informed and ready for a fantastic camp. We can’t wait to welcome you to our musical community!

Tuition assistance is available for Saint Francis students attending band camp.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You are welcome to transfer camps or classes directly in the Active Network system until the Friday before your scheduled session. 

  • A full refund can be issued within 24-hours of registration. You may request a refund directly in the Active Network system. The original 4% fee charged by Active Network is non-refundable.
     
  • The last day to withdraw from all programs for limited refunds is by submitting a request to the Summer Office at least 72-hours before the start of each session, activity, or event.
     
  • An incremental fee will be deducted from all refunds requested more than 24-hours after purchase (20% before May 8, 2026, 40% by May 15, 2026, 60% by May 22, 2026, 80% by May 29, 2026 and limited refunds after May 29, 2026)

Cancellation and refunds are handled through your Active Network account prior to May 29, 2026.
