President, Saint Francis High School


The school operates in the President/Principal model in which the Principal focuses internally on day-to-day academic operations, reporting to the President who focuses externally as the face of the school to the community and chief institution builder. In this increasingly popular leadership model, the President needs to be a fundamentally collaborative leader and partner to the Principal while also serving as a bold and accountable CEO, championing the vision and driving the agenda and aspirations of the school. The President is also required to be an effective fundraiser and friend raiser and to secure all necessary resources to sustain the mission of the school and achieve all institutional plans and priorities.

Chief Financial Officer


The Chief Financial Officer provides guidance to the President of Saint Francis High School regarding the overall financial policies and business practices of the school.This position is responsible for all financial and business related activities to assure effective and efficient resource management.The Chief Financial Officer serves as a member of the executive leadership team of Saint Francis High School.

Primary responsibilities include: management of the school’s reporting systems and procedures in accordance with the not for profit GAAP policies, procedures and reporting; preparation of the operating budget required to establish the school’s tuition and compensation recommendations to the Finance Committee of the Board; completion of the Annual Audit; budget preparation;
financial aid and assistance in the enrollment and re-enrollment admissions processes.The President may assign additional responsibilities.

The Chief Financial Officer reports to and serves at the discretion of the President of Saint Francis High School and with the Board of Directors.The Controller, Human Resources Director, Accounts Payable Coordinator, the Business Office Administrative Assistant and Food Service Director report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

The classroom teacher is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Work is performed under the supervision of the principal.

Bus Driver


Saint Francis High School is currently seeking qualified school bus drivers to add to its pool of available drivers. Most trips consist of transporting students and adult staff to and from school related activities and athletic events.
