Ave Crux Faculty

Program Description: In the tradition of Holy Cross, the Ave Crux summer program is a mission-driven academic and social enrichment program for middle school students who are admitted the summer prior to their 6th grade year using our need-based criteria. Participants gather annually at Saint Francis during the summer to further their academic studies and personal development. For one month each summer, students are given hands on instruction in English, Math, and Science to prepare them for the rigorous academic environment of a college preparatory high school. Furthermore, students are given ample time both in community and individually to reinforce academic confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.
Ave Crux offers a generous stipend schedule, friendly/dedicated faculty and staff, motivated students, and supportive parents. Saint Francis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
