The Saint Francis High School Counseling Department is excited to introduce MaiaLearning, a college and career readiness system your student will be using to prepare for life after high school.
Introduction
- Parents/Guardians have been assigned a MaiaLearning account to view your student's activities and progress in MaiaLearning which will be accessed here.
- You may create or activate your login by using the same email address that you have on file and it will automatically link to your student(s) in the system. This link leads to a page where you can set your permanent password. The link expires after 7 days and nothing will happen if it’s not used.
- Once the account is created you will receive an email with a one-time login link to set up your account. If you need assistance accessing your account, contact your student's counselor.
- On the main student dashboard, you will see the student's assigned counselor, any upcoming assignments, and a snapshot of the student's activity in MaiaLearning. Use the left-side navigation menu to explore the features in MaiaLearning.
- The icons on the far left under View will show whether you are viewing the student or parent dashboard. To get back to your own dashboard (to access surveys, your MaiaDrive, or view the dashboard of another student you are connected to, click the Parent icon on the far left.
Parents/Guardians can edit their own profile information and reset their MaiaLearning password after logging in by clicking Profile in the top right corner. It is recommended to also notify the school's counselor of any changes in your contact information to ensure school records are also updated accordingly.
