Our Admission Team is excited that you are interested in Saint Francis! We know that connecting with students and educators is an important part of the high school search process. It is also a wonderful time for our community to learn more about you - your questions, your interests, and your hopes for the future.

Event Registration in Ravenna

Families will register for all of our events through Ravenna Solutions, our application management system. If you haven't created an account, please visit the Ravenna hub to get started. Families who already have an account will select "San Francisco Bay Area" as your region and search for Saint Francis High School. In early September of 2025 families will be able to click the green "apply" button to access registration for all of our fall events. Please view this slide deck for additional instructions for registering for our events. If you have any issues registering for events in Ravenna please contact admissions@sfhs.com.

Campus Tours

We are excited to offer small group tours to 8th grade students and their parents/guardians every fall. Registration for campus tours will be available in early September 2025 in Ravenna hub.

Open House

We are excited to welcome you to our campus on Sunday, October 19, 2025! Registration for this event will be available in early September 2025 in Ravenna hub.

Future Lancer Visit Program

We look forward to connecting with 8th grade students through our Future Lancer Program. During the visit students will tour campus, attend classes, and eat lunch with our student body. Registration for this event will be available in early September 2025 in Ravenna hub.

Virtual Information Night

Join us online as we walk through our Admissions Process and Academic Program at Saint Francis! Members of our Academic Team and Department Chairs will share information about our program over Zoom. Application Support Night

We know that the application process can be stressful, and our counselors and educators want to make sure you have the support you need in navigating the application process. We will offer an Application Support Night for the Class of 2030 in mid November, 2025. Registration for this event will be available in early September in Ravenna hub.
