The 9th grade application is currently available. In order to apply you must first create a profile in Ravenna hub, select your region as San Francisco Bay Area Schools and search for Saint Francis High School. The online application must be submitted by Friday, December 11.

Yes! The tuition assistance application will be available on Sunday, November 1, 2020 and is due on Friday February 5, 2021. Please visit the tuition and financial assistance page on our website to learn more about this process.

Our admissions team recognizes that this admissions season will be different for both families and schools. While the timeline for our process has not changed, we have adjusted some of our normal requirements: 

-Saint Francis is will review the 6th, 7th and 8th grade transcript for the 2020-2021 admissions season. 

-The schools in the Diocese have decided to host the HSPT virtually this year.

The High Schools in the Diocese of San Jose who require the HSPT have decided to host the test virtually this year. Saint Francis will offer the test virtually on Saturday, January 9 and again on Saturday, January 23. The test will begin at 9:00 a.m. on both of these dates. Many of our traditional welcome events have been moved to an online format. We will be hosting virtual student shadow panels, virtual information nights and a virtual Open House. We will also host small tours of our campus for 8th grade students and their parents/guardians. Check out the visit and connect page on our website for more information about these opportunities!

Saint Francis accepts students applying to transfer to 10th and 11th grade. The transfer application is available in early February and is due in April. Admissions decisions for transfer students depend on the space available in each class and are communicated on a rolling basis during the Spring.
