Black Student Union (BSU)
The Black Student Union will host the Rites of Passage Kente Ceremony on Wednesday, May 20th at 4:30 p.m. The BSU Rites of Passage Ceremony serves to honor and celebrate students who identify as Black/African American. The Kente ceremony recognizes the pride in the African heritage and the academic and personal achievements of the graduates. The ceremony marks the students’ passage to the next chapter of their life, which includes adulthood. This ceremony is free for students and their families. If you wish to participate, complete and submit the registration form by May 15th.
Asian Student Association (ASA)
On Wednesday, May 13th, ASA is excited to share East Asian treats and host origami to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Come by ASA's booth during both lunches to join in on the celebration!
