Club & Event Information
Youth Philanthropy Club
After a successful Turkey Drive, this week kicks off our Annual Advent Toy Drive! This year, we have selected three local beneficiaries to receive the toys we collect - two children's hospitals (Stanford and Zuckerberg) and the Ronald McDonald House, which supports siblings of hospitalized kids. Please bring your new, unwrapped toy donations for kids of all ages to the class collection boxes outside of Campus Ministry anytime this week. On Friday, 12/5, at lunch, we will be counting the toys and applying Spirit Points. Thank you for your generosity as we seek to bring hope and spread love to some kids experiencing serious health challenges this holiday season!
NEW THIS YEAR: If it's more convenient for you to order a toy online and have it delivered directly to campus, please use this DreamList we put together. These toys will not be factored into the class spirit points, but they will be part of our distribution to these three organizations!
