Registration, Fees & Guidelines

Registration*

Please register for the Saint Francis High School (SFHS) Christmas Market by submitting a completed Vendor Application, Vendor Agreement, Evidence of Insurance and a non-refundable booth rental fee of $200 (payable to Saint Francis High School) to the attention of Christmas Market, 1885 Miramonte Ave., Mountain View, CA 94040.

Total Space Cost*

Total space cost includes: Booth Fee and commission on sales. Sales commission is 20% of gross sales net of booth fee (Commission = Total Gross Sales x 20% minus Booth fee). All vendors will submit a Total Sales Report to the Event Chair at the close of the event. If 20% of total gross sales exceeds booth fee, the remaining commission will also be due and payable before leaving the venue.

Food Regulations*

Food must be displayed and prepared according to all health regulations. Every food item must be labeled with the phone number, website or address of the source. Vendor will provide two copies of all necessary paperwork to satisfy CA health code regulations to the Event Chair (Kev Brock) to have on-site during the event.

Insurance Requirements*

Insurance for the event is required naming “Saint Francis High School and the Brothers of Holy Cross” as additional named insured for the duration of the event, including set-up and tear-down (December 4-5, 2026). Please submit Evidence of Insurance with your application, agreement and booth fee, or Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release from Liability form.

Vendor Space Requirements

Vendor Space Acknowledgements*

We request a discreet pop-up shop space which we (the vendor) will staff during all hours of the Christmas Market event. The space will measure approximately 8’x 8’. SFHS will provide (1) eight foot table and basic table linens. SFHS will try to honor any specific space allocation requests but they cannot be guaranteed (booth spaces will be both inside and outside). The SFHS Event Chair will make final decisions on space provided.

(SFHS will provide 110W electricity. Vendor is responsible for providing all extension cords, power strips, bulbs, lamps, or other lighting fixtures needed for their booth)

Vendor Setup Acknowledgment*

Vendor Set-up: Friday, December 4, 2026 The Event Chair will contact the Vendor to schedule a check-in appointment. Appointments are tentatively planned between 10am-2pm on Friday, December 4, 2026.

Vendor Breakdown*

Vendors are required to break down and vacate the premises on Saturday, December 5, 2026 by 4:30pm. Vendors will provide a total gross sales report and any remaining amount due to SFHS via cash, check or credit card before leaving the venue on December 5, 2026. Please contact the Event Chair if you have any questions concerning this policy. Any items left behind will become the property of Saint Francis High School.

If insurance coverage is not available, vendors may instead complete the Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release from Liability.
