Mission & Ministry offers students opportunities to deepen their faith, build meaningful relationships and put Holy Cross values into action through our Masses, retreats, immersions and service experiences. We invite students and families to participate in the spiritual life of our community and take advantage of the many opportunities for prayer and reflection.

Retreat Opportunities
Retreats provide students with time away from the distractions of daily life to reflect, strengthen their faith and connect with their classmates. Spots are still available for the following dates.
- Senior Retreats (El Retiro Retreat Center, Los Altos)

- December 2–4 (Open)
- Encounter Retreat (Saint Francis High School)
- November 11
- Open to all grade levels (application information coming soon)

Immersion Experiences
Open to juniors and seniors, immersion experiences challenge students to engage more deeply with issues of justice, solidarity and service while learning from communities beyond our campus.
- October 5 – Immersion Information Night (6:00 p.m.)
- Applications available beginning October 6
- November 17 – Immersion Tenet Night (7:00 p.m.)

Service Hours
To view grade level service learning requirements by grade level, please visit the Service Learning page. Required off-campus service hours can be completed during the summer for the upcoming school year, except for the Junior Capstone Project. Service hours can be tracked and submitted via x2VOL.
