Saint Francis High School is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Hawk as its new chief financial officer (CFO), bringing outstanding leadership experience to advance the school’s mission and operational excellence. Hawk steps into this role at a transformative time as Saint Francis continues to grow its campus programs to reflect its Holy Cross values and future-facing vision.

Over the past five years, Saint Francis has reimagined its campus with modern, collaborative spaces that reflect its welcoming spirit and commitment to excellence. The recently opened Welcome Center exemplifies this by serving as a vibrant hub of hospitality and engagement where students, families and educators come together in community. This same spirit of innovation and purposeful connection defines the role of CFO as a key leader in shaping the school’s future.

The CFO at Saint Francis is more than a steward of financial operations. This strategic leadership role supports facilities, human resources, hospitality and business office functions by ensuring that every dollar, decision and design reflects the school’s Holy Cross mission and values. Kim will collaborate closely with the president, board of directors and executive leadership team, guiding committees that oversee endowment management, finance strategy and private equity efforts that directly support educator compensation and benefits.

Looking ahead, Kim will play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives including campus sustainability, educator support programs and real-world student business experiences while ensuring the long-term financial vitality of the school. With priorities like evaluating green transportation, mentoring student-run partnerships and rethinking tuition and fee structures for accessibility and equity, the CFO’s work will shape the experience of every student and family at Saint Francis.

Kim brings over two decades of financial leadership to Saint Francis, including serving as CFO of the San José Mineta International Airport and Vice President of Finance at Oracle Corporation. Her ability to lead large, complex teams and navigate high-stakes environments makes her exceptionally well-suited to guide Saint Francis through its next chapter.
