Intramural

The Intramural staff is happy to announce our first sport of this year, Flag Football. Gather your teammates and submit a roster to Mr. Fullerton by Friday August 29th. Sign up forms can be found here or in 403 with Mr. Fullerton. This tournament is open to all students with the exception of the Varsity Football team. We hope to see you out there!

Lancer Gaming

Are you interested in eSports? Have you ever wanted to play games against other schools in hopes of representing the Lancers? Well, this is your opportunity. Lancer Gaming is looking for students who are interested in competing for glory and the bragging rights of being the best gamer out there. Come to room 403 during collaboration on Tuesday, August 26th to find out more about this opportunity and how to sign up. 

The California Scholarship Federation (CSF)

The California Scholarship Federation (CSF) is now accepting applications!! If you would like to be a Teacher's Assistant or Tutor, don't miss this opportunity, apply  by Friday, August 29th. Email Ms. Batres at monicabatres@sfhs.com or come by to the Counseling Office if you have any questions. 

National Honor Society

ATTENTION JUNIORS & SENIORS: Applications are available for the National Honor Society, which recognizes students for outstanding scholarship, character, leadership, and service. To qualify, you must be a junior or senior with a cumulative weighted GPA of at least 3.5 and a weighted GPA of 3.5 or higher from the previous semester. Ideally, applicants should have a clean disciplinary record over the past calendar year, however, students who served no more than one In-House Reflection can be considered for membership. Applications must be submitted no later than midnight Friday, August 29th.
